Abstract:
To provide a machine for the disposal of garbage having improved usability and durability.
The machine has a housing container 50 housing garbage, a stirring means 52 stirring garbage in the container 50, and a drive source 68 driving the stirring means 52 and a transmission device transmitting power from the source 68 to the stirring means 52. The transmitting device is composed of a worm 67 and a worm wheel 60 engaged in the worm 67, with a lead angle of the worm 67 of 4-10°. The worm 67 remains unlocked, or a self-lock-released, even when the container 50 is locked, resulting in smooth rotation, low noise and improved usability and durability.
