This fumigating/drying machine for dried persimmons is composed of a plurality of suspending mechanisms to suspend a plurality of drying poles to which a plurality of persimmons are hung, a supporting member to support the suspending mechanisms each in a rotatable manner, a rotating driving source which is set on the supporting member and rotating drives the suspending mechanisms, an outer frame device which connects the rotating driving source with a plurality of the suspending mechanisms and has a rotation transmitting mechanism for rotating each of a plurality of the suspending mechanisms, an inner frame device set along the inside of the outer device, and a sheet member which is arranged between the outer frame device and the inner frame device and set to cover at least the front, back, right, left and top of the inner frame device.
