Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject simply and readily buildable frame, capable of being sufficiently made clean and excellent in strength by assembling tubular members having both load resisting and guiding functions. SOLUTION: This mechanical frame for the meat processing industry is formed by assembling tubular member 1, capable of applying a load thereto and having guide surfaces 2 for guiding mechanical parts on the outside thereof. The tubular member 1 preferably have an internal passage 3 for housing a conduit 4 and/or a cable 5 therein. Thereby, the number of external parts can further be reduced and the conduit 4 and/or cable 5 can be protected. A sensor can preferably be provided in the frame to record the position of a part of a carcass or a human, etc. A storage and housing part for a liquid, passages 6 and 7 for transporting media, an actuator 9, etc., are preferably installed in the interiors of the parts 1. The parts 1 are preferably produced from an extrusion worked aluminum.
