Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-solidified molding machine, which can prevent deterioration in durability, reduces energy loss, and forms a molding of high quality in a short period of time.
SOLUTION: A slurry outlet 26 of a 2nd sleeve 22 is closed with a stopper 3 in a state that the side of a metal pouring port 25 of the 2nd sleeve 22 is directed upward. Molten metal M is poured into the 2nd sleeve 22 and transformed into semi-solidified metal slurry under a state that a predetermined electromagnetic field is applied to the 2nd sleeve 22 by a stirring part 1. After a 1st plunger 52 is inserted into the metal pouring port 25, the 2nd sleeve 22 is turned to connect the slurry outlet 26 to a slurry inserting port 24 of the 1st sleeve 21. The slurry outlet 26 communicates with the slurry inserting port 24 by the stopper 3. The semi-solidified metal slurry is pressure transported by the 1st plunger 52 and discharged from a slurry discharging port 23 into a slurry extruding part 6.
