To provide a micro-processing machine which can reduce the processing cost of the cylindrical inner face of the hole of a workpiece.
The invented micro-processing machine comprises a workpiece holding section, shaping tools 121 and 122, a shaping tool holding section, a pressing tool 150 and a pressing tool holding section. The workpiece holding section is intended to hold a workpiece 10 with a hole having a cylindrical inner face 22. The shaping tools 121 and 122 have nearly the same curvature as the hole of the workpiece 10 and have an outer surface 124 on which projections 126 are placed. The shaping tool holding section is intended to position and hold the shaping tools 121 and 122 inside the hole. The pressing tool 150 presses the inner surface 128 which is on the opposite side of the outer surface 124 of the shaping tools 121 and 122 so that asperities corresponding to the projections 126 are formed on the cylindrical inner face 22 of the hole of the workpiece 10 due to the projections 126 on the outer surface 124 of the shaping tools 121 and 122. The pressing tool holding section is intended to hold the pressing tool 150 so as to be movable in the axial direction of the hole.
