PURPOSE: To provide a machine for plucking off green soybeans capable of readily plucking off the green soybeans without damaging them.
CONSTITUTION: The objective machine (A) for plucking off green soybeans is constructed by forming at least either 20 of rotating bodies 20 and 20 oppositely installed at an interval for plucking off the green soybeans in a mechanism 4 for plucking off the green soybeans into a blade plate shape, forming the lateral edges 23 of the resultant blade plate-shaped rotating body 20 from a flexible material, rotating the rotating body 20 in the direction to push up green soybeans 3 from the root side of a stem body 1 of the green soybeans toward the tip side and further installing a rotating and driving device 21 for rotating the rotating body 20 in the direction opposite to the rotating body 20 in the blade plate shape so as to successively perform the operation to pluck off the green soybeans 3 sticking to the stem body 1 thereof from the root side toward the tip side.
