Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent fall of a machine screw often generated at the machine screw fastening work time, and improve the productivity and the quality in the machine screw to be used for various apparatus and equipment by giving the locking function for temporary holding to the machine screw.
CONSTITUTION: A projecting part 1f, of which diameter is a little larger than the outer diameter D of a female screw 2a cut by a fixed member 2, is provided in the tip of a machine screw 1. Elastic viscosity of the material of a machine screw is used to lock a neck part 1g as the base of the projecting part 1f with the female screw 2 cut by the fixed member 2.
