To provide a machine tool remotely monitoring device which reduces communication cost by using a three-dimensional model and simply represents the state of a machine tool so as to be viewed by a monitoring operator.

A server part 3 connected to the controlling part 2 of a machine tool 1 as monitored object, a file group service part 4 and a client part 11 are mounted on a computer and are connected. The client part 11 has a character image displaying part 12 which shows a monitored image and has a three- dimensional representation interpretation displaying part 13 that interprets a file of the part 4 and a script language interpreting part 14. And, it is provided with a GUI(graphical user interface) part 15 for representing data transmitted from the part 3 with a three-dimensional model.
