Abstract:

To provide a machine tool system able to perform the operation to flow works in different sorts at random without changing the program with the machinery stopped by the operator.

The machine tool system is equipped with a machine tool 1 having a work supporting means 7 (71-74), a work standby part 2 to put in standby each work W planned to be carried into the machine tool 1, a loader 4, and a control device 6 for the loader. The loader control device 6 is equipped with a work stop position memory means 21 in which the stop position in the work handover direction Z of the loader 4 relative to the work supporting means 7 is stored grouped by work sorts. A work distinguishing means 26 distinguishes the sort of the work W in the standby part 2. A loader controlling means 22 makes handover of the work W to/from the work supporting means 7 by stopping the loader 4 in the stored stop position in the work stop position memory means 21 according to the work sort.
