PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of carrying out various work while suppressing increase in cost or size.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes a tool spindle device 16 which is a moving body capable of moving to a ground surface of the machine tool; and one or serial manipulator type robots 20 which is mounted on the tool spindle device 16, can move with the tool spindle device 16, and has flexibility of 2 or more degrees.
