Machine tool comprises a first spindle box (3) arranged on a bed (2), a moving table arranged coaxially with the spindle box and a support (5) arranged between the spindle box and the table. The support has a holder with left and right side parts and a revolver head with tools arranged on its outer periphery. Preferred Features: A cutting point of the support is arranged vertically below the first spindle box. The holder is arranged on a guide rail by which the table is held.
