A work and a tool are structured to be mounted respectively to an upward erected (as shown in the drawing) C shaft 41 of a horizontally rotating device 40 held on a Y slider 31, and a horizontal (as shown in the drawing) B shaft 61 of a vertically rotating device 60 held on a Z slider 51. The Y slider 31 on a XY guide surface 10a of a base guide 10 is driven in Y axis direction by linear motors 32 on its both ends, and follows a Y guide 30 driven by a pair of X linear motors 22 to be driven in X axis direction. The B shaft 61 is arranged so that a cutting tool T1 can be positioned inside a square formed by connecting four Z linear motors 52 for driving the Z slider 51.
