Abstract:
PURPOSE: To treat an abdominal gill cover from a front part after cutting a fish into the front part and a rear part. CONSTITUTION: In this method for cutting the abdominal gill cover 12 from the front part 1 of the fish, the lower side joint of a gill arch is lifted by the elevated part of the floor surface of an abdominal scraper 16, thus a head part and the root of a tongue are lifted, a chest projection part 9 is turned to the direction of a knife 30 and the chest projection part is moved to the knife over the knife. Thus, the knife and the abdominal part scraper are passed through the chest projection part to the front part and then, the entire chin is moved along the upper blade of the abdominal part scraper to the upper part. Thus, the abdominal scraper cuts off the entire head part from the frontest end part of the abdominal gill cover.
