PURPOSE: To enable integration of two strokes, by providing a cutting part, cutting a cable positioned by means of a first conveyance band, and a terminal machining part, machining the terminal of the cable grasped by a second conveyance band.
CONSTITUTION: A first conveyance band 3 is rendered reciprocative by means of a rotatable screw rod, and its upper end is openable so that it can grasp a lowermost standard length cable 1 in a magazine 2. A cutting part 4 holds the standard length cable 1 so that the cable can be extended therethrough, and cuts the standard length cable 1. A second conveyance band 5 is rendered reciprocative with the aid of a rotatable screw rod, its tip part is openable so that it grasps the cable, and is rotatable so that the direction of the cable is turned. A terminal processing part 6 machines the terminal of the cable with the terminal of the cable inserted thereinto.
