This machining device includes a multi-axial machining device 11 having at least one machining tool and machining table 17 for the thermoplastic forming plate 13 including at least one formed part 14 to be machined. The machining table includes: a sucking device 20 located on the lower side of the machining table to firmly receive the thermoplastic forming plate and remove generated chips; and an opening in the machining table.
