Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten adjusting time required for adjusting each part configuring a machining device, when the size of work is changed.SOLUTION: A machining device 10 is an in-feed type device for machining an outer peripheral surface 8 of a rotating conical roller 7, includes: a rotary mechanism 30 which has a pair of right and left rollers 28 and 29 on which the conical roller 7 is placed, and rotates those; a grinder 11 contacted with an outer peripheral surface 8 of the conical roller 7 placed on the rollers 28 and 29; a table 40 which has a pair of supporting portions 43 and 44 rotatably supporting the pair of the rollers 28 and 29 and capable of relatively displacing; a fixed portion 19 which is fixed to a floor surface and supports the table 40 so as to rock in a fore-and-aft direction; a first adjusting portion 51 for adjusting a rocking position of the table 40 to the fixed portion 19; and a second adjusting portion 52 for adjusting relative positions of the pair of the supporting portions 43 and 44 on the table 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
