Abstract:
To provide a machining device capable of realizing an appropriate movement with respect to a flat processed surface such as a vertical surface and performing the teaching efficiently.SOLUTION: A machining device is a device for performing machining such as polishing or grinding on a workpiece by urging a work shaft 41 for operating a processing tool provided at the tip by a floating structure 13 in a thrust direction of the work shaft 41 with a predetermined pressure. The device comprises urging means for supporting the work shaft 41 so as to be movable in a radial direction along a plane orthogonal to the thrust direction, and applying a force to push back the processing tool when moving in the radial direction. This urging means includes air actuators 24 arranged radially around the work shaft 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
