This machining device 10 includes: a clamp unit 12 which has two positioning fixing parts 20 respectively capable of positioning and fixing the work W having the plurality of machining faces, includes the respective positioning fixing parts 20 symmetrically in regard to a rotational center, and allows setting of a rotational phase of the positioning fixing parts 20 by a motor 36; a transfer bar 75 carrying the work before the machining into the clamp unit 12 and carrying the work W after the machining out of the clamp unit 12; and a machining unit 14 having two machining main spindles 82a, 82b which are provided side by side opposite to the clamp unit 12 and are provided correspondingly to the respective positioning fixing parts 20. By the respective machining main spindles 82a, 82b, the different machining faces of each work W can be simultaneously machined.
