Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the production time by sticking two cylinder head members, tightening and fixing them with bolts integrally, and performing necessary machining after the tightening and fixing.
CONSTITUTION: Opposing junction faces of upper and lower cylinder head member 2, 3 are coated with an adhesive 4, and they are stuck by pressure. Next, bolts 5 are inserted into bolt inserting holes of the cylinder head members 2, 3, and these cylinder head member 2, 3 are firmly tightened and fixed via nuts 6. Thereby, the cylinder head members 2, 3 are firmly fixed without waiting until the adhesive is hardened. Next, necessary machining is performed on the cylinder head member 2 by a machining device 8 as shown by a broken line 7.
