To obtain a magazine management system of an online image forming apparatus which allows common use of arbitrary magazines in an arbitrary image forming apparatus connected on a network.
The magazine management system is equipped with: an image photographing device connected to a network; a plurality of magazines 11 housing various films, respectively; an identification means attached to each magazine 11 so that ID set to the magazine 11 can be read; a server which is connected to the network and stores individual information which changes with the properties or operating conditions of the films every ID of the magazines 11; and an image forming apparatus 100 which is connected to the network, in which photographing data from the image photographing device are input, and in which an arbitrary one of the magazines is loaded, wherein the image forming apparatus 100 has a detection means to detect the ID of the loaded magazine 11 and has a function by which individual information corresponding to the ID of the magazine 11 can be read and written with respect to the server.
