Abstract:
To provide a magenta toner for electrostatic charge image development that achieves both good low-temperature fixability and heat-resistance storage stability, and exhibits excellent image density; and a manufacturing method of the toner.
A magenta toner for electrostatic charge image development has a core containing a crystalline polyester (a) having a melting point of 70 to 90°C, an amorphous polyester (b), a colorant including C.I. Pigment Red 122 and C.I. Pigment Red 185, and a mold release agent; and a shell containing an amorphous polyester (c).
