Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet attraction type conveyor system applicable to various sizes of sheet bodies and capable of operation setting by simple manipulation.
SOLUTION: The magnet attracted conveyor system 10 comprises a monitor 32 for inputting information regarding the sheet body 18, an input/output control panel 30 for computing and setting the operating conditions of a first conveyor 22 and a second conveyor 26 in accordance with the information regarding the sheet body 18, and a power control panel 28 for operating the first conveyor 22 and the second conveyor 26 in accordance with the operating conditions. The information regarding the sheet body 18 includes a length L1 of the sheet body 18 and data L2 regarding a position where the sheet body 18 is carried from a press 16. A conveyor feed length L showing the carrying cycle of the sheet bodies 18 on the first conveyor 22 and the second conveyor 26 and a sheet body number M showing the number of the sheet bodies 18 are automatically determined in accordance with the L1 and the L2.
