Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slide a product on a static conveyor surface plate while turning easily so to be moved, instead of a prior conveyor system which transports a product on a rotating conveyer belt. SOLUTION: This conveyor has a magnet travel groove in a double track which is made of an ultrahigh polymer polyethylene in a conveyor body 1 formed in a Z shape. In this case, this conveyor is a compact conveyor structure in a magnet internally moving system where a magnet 7 which is installed on a magnet driving chain 5 at regular intervals circulates along a three dimension circuit along the groove endlessly in the conveyor body 1 allover the top surface of which is covered with a stainless conveyor front board 4.
