A case 20 is provided with a ring-shaped projection, and a hollow cylindrical-shaped driving side magnet 22 provided at the distal end of a driving side magnet axis 21 is disposed in the ring-shaped projection. A driven side magnet 24 is disposed through the case 20 in the inside of the ring-shaped projection, and the driving side magnet 22 and the driven side magnet 24 are magnetically connected to each other. Magnetic detection means 25 is disposed outward from the driving side magnet 22 in the radial direction, and detects the rotation of the driving side magnet.
