Title:
MAGNET JIG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3720912
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig, which is easy to be locked temporarily to a form and be separated from a partially fabricated item, in order to solve the problems that if the form is large, bolting of an insert requires personnel on each side of the form and dismantling of the form requires great effort.
SOLUTION: A magnet jig has a form mounting member 1, a magnet ring 6, and an insert mounting member 2. The form mounting member 1 has a tapered face on its outer periphery along the direction of its axis, has room to store the magnet ring 6 open to the end face 5 of its reduced diameter side, and has a tapped hole leading to the room, and a threaded part 12 that is threaded into the tapped hole 11 in a form 10 is projected from the end face of the increased diameter side of the member 1. The insert mounting member 2 has at one end a threaded part 13 that is threaded into the tapped hole in the form mounting member, and has at the other end the fitting part 15 of an insert 14 which holds the magnet ring 6 and projects outward from the end face 5 of the form mounting member 1 while the threaded part 13 is threaded into the tapped hole in the form mounting member. If a protective cover is not necessary, the form mounting member 1 becomes cylindrical, and the insert 14 makes close contact with the form 10.
