Abstract:
To provide a magnet manufacturing device capable of manufacturing magnets whose shape and magnetization direction are arbitrarily designed.SOLUTION: A magnet manufacturing device includes: a heater 12 which heats a mixture 23 of magnetic particles and a resin material; a nozzle 13 which has an internal flow passage where the mixture 23 flows while the resin material is molten and which has a discharge port 132 discharging the mixture to form a yarn-shaped filament 24; a magnetic field application magnet 15 which has a size enabling the orientation and magnetization of the magnetic particles, and which applies, to the internal flow passage of the nozzle 13, a magnetic field directed in the axial direction of the nozzle; and a stage 14 which has a stage surface 141 on which the filament 24 is placed. The discharge port 132 is relatively movable with respect to the stage surface 141 in any direction in three dimensions such that a plurality of the filaments 24 are stacked to form an arbitrary shape and an extending direction of each of the filaments 24 corresponds to a target magnetization direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
