PURPOSE: To obtain effects of hair growth and prevention of becoming senile by attaching permanent magnets on and around the top of a hair net cap.

CONSTITUTION: A cloth hem 2 with rubber in it is attached to a net part 1 of a cap formed as a hair net so that the cap can be fixed to a head. And permanent magnets are put on and around the top 3 of the cap. Additional permanent magnets can be put around the other upper part of the right side of the cap, if necessary. By using the cap as a hair net regularly/repeatedly as well as using it in bed, the magnetism in the permanent magnets facilitate the flow of blood under the scalp and vitalize cranial nerve cells so that effects of hair growth and prevention of becoming senile can be obtained.
