Title:
MAGNET ROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3828369
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet roller which can cope with a magnetic pole requiring a high magnetic flux density and be reduced in cost, and by which an image failure in an electrophotographic device such as developer halation (carrier halation or magnetic toner halation) or tailing or the like, can be eliminated and high-quality electrophotographic can be obtained and which can further suitably cope with colorizing of electrophotograpy. SOLUTION: Magnetic powder containing isotropic rare-earth magnetic powder and anisotropic ferrite magnetic powder is mixed with a resin binder, and they are melted, mixed and molded into a pellet. Next, for example, they are molded in a magnetic field of less than 1193 K.A/m in intensity, by an injection molding method or extrusion molding method, and they are also orientationally magnetized, to obtain a magnet piece 1. Then, the magnet piece 1 is post- magnetized. At least one magnet piece 1 is arranged in a magnet roller body to form the magnet roller.
