Abstract:
To provide a magnet roller which can suppress the deviation between switching positions of two adjacent magnetic poles.SOLUTION: A magnet roller includes a magnet part 521 having a plurality of magnetic poles. The magnet part 521 is molded integrally with a magnetic material composition. On the outer peripheral surface of the magnet part 521, a groove part 523 is provided between at least any one set of two adjacent magnetic poles. The groove part 523 includes a first inclined surface 523a located on the magnetic pole side having the small magnetic force and a second inclined surface 523b located on the magnetic pole side having the large magnetic force. On the cross section of the magnet part 521, the first groove angle θ1 between the first virtual line VL1 passing through the lower end and central axis C of the first inclined surface 523a and the first inclined surface 523a is smaller than the second groove angle θ2 between the second virtual line VL2 passing through the lower end and central axis C of the second inclined surface 523b and the second inclined surface 523b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
