To provide a magnet-rotating DC generator which generates a constant electromotive force or direct current in a stationary conductor by rotating a magnet.

A rotating shaft 3 with a magnet 2 mounted thereon is formed around a fixed shaft 1 and connected to an ignition motor 4. This is regarded as one unit. One unit or a pair of units which have opposite magnetic poles and face each other are subject to rotation. A lead wire 5 is placed and fixed on top of the one unit or between the pair of units, and thus a constant electromotive force is obtained between the two ends of the lead wire 5.
