This magnet system which has a pair of disk-shaped permanent magnets having mutually reverse-polarity magnetic poles opposed in parallel to each other at some interval apart, is provided with a pair of two annulus rings 220 and 230 coaxially and dually provided on the magnetic faces of the pair of permanent magnets 210, and comprising permanent magnets whose magnetizing directions are inclined in the magnetization direction of the permanent magnet, and magnetic poles of reverse polarities are opposed to each other at some interval apart, and a pair of two cylinders 212 and 214 composed of a ferromagnetic material and coaxially and dually partitioning the inside of the pair of permanent magnets.
