PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic attraction attachment for mounting a side visor for a car advantageous for increasing attraction force per unit length.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic attraction attachment 1 is formed in a band sheet shape, and formed by a yoke 2 and a resin magnet section 4. The yoke 2 is formed in a U-shaped cross section, and consists of opposed wall sections 21, 22 and a continuously connecting wall section 25. The resin magnet section 4 is formed by injection-molding or contour-extrusion molding a mixed material containing rare earth magnet powder and a thermoplastic resin. The magnetic pole of the resin magnet section 4 is magnetized and mounted in approximately the vertical direction to the continuously connecting wall section 25 of the yoke 2. Magnetic circuits are formed in closed loops shown by broken lines P1, P2.
