A suction cup body 12 of a soft synthetic resin material is constituted of a suction cup part 13 and a magnet holding part 14 and a pedestal part 15 connecting both of the suction cup part 13 and the magnet holding part 14 can be made thick up to a range in which sucking performance of the suction cup is not hindered. The holding part 14 is provided with an edge 14' for preventing separation of a magnet 11, a stage 11' of the magnet 11 is set according to intensity of magnetic force and an object to be attracted and a tongue 16 for releasing sucking of the suction cup part 13 is provided. As a method for mounting the magnet 11 on the holding part 14, methods such as fitting and adhesion are given. By sucking and holding the device itself on a board by the suction cup, a handling time and labor for opening a small box and a bag for storing pushpins and marking pins and taking out them becomes unnecessary. As for the suction cup body 12 with the head part made of a synthetic resin material, a needle tip of a magnetic material is attracted on the magnet 11 and the head part is stored in a front side state. Therefore, the magnetic materials can be handled without anxiety for every needle.
