Abstract:

To provide a magnetic bearing device integrated with a motor enhancing motor efficiency while suppressing heat generation of a motor rotor by bringing the current waveform of the motor coil close to sine wave.

A three-phase commutatorless motor with a phase detector of the motor rotor comprises an operating section generating a coil current application timing signal for applying a current to the coil 28ba of each phase of the motor stator 28b based the output from the phase detector, and a power circuit for applying a current to the coil 28ba of each phase of the motor stator 28b according to the coil current application timing signal outputted from the operating section. The operating section measures the switching interval of output state of the phase detector, and generates the coil current application timing signal of twelve patterns switching every 30 for an electrical angle of 360. The coil current application timing signal of twelve patterns has a pattern of repeating current application of 6-stepped 120 conduction and 6-stepped 180 conduction alternately every 30 electrical angle.
