Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic bearing device capable of arbitrarily setting a parallel advancing freedom degree with a freedom degree in the direction of a magnetic pole surface of an electromagnet and having improved damping performance in the direction of a driven stabilizing shaft.
CONSTITUTION: In a magnetic bearing device, a magnet target 17 is supported in a non-contact state by attraction force generated by magnetic force of an electromagnet 11. A supporter 13 is provided for supporting the electromagnet 11 in a predetermined position in the direction Z of the attraction force while for movably supporting it in the direction of a magnetic pole surface 11a of the electromagnet 11.
