Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable controls of the translational motion and the tilting motion of a rotator to be completely separated from each other.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 6 is provided with a translational motion control circuit for outputting a translational motion control signal in which the radial displacement amount of a rotator 1 becomes 0 and a tilting motion control circuit for outputting a tilting motion control signal in which the tilting amount around the center of gravity of the rotator 1 becomes 0. The translational motion control signal and the tilting motion control signal are input into the drive circuit of first radial electromagnets 4a, 4b at a ratio of 1 to 1, and the signal obtained by subtracting the signal obtained by multiplying the tilting motion control signal by a second coefficient from the signal obtained by multiplying the translational motion control signal by a first coefficient is input into a drive circuit of second radial electromagnets 5a, 5b.
