An excitation coil 43 of the electromagnet 41 has a corrosion resistant structure (a constitution being unitized by filling ceramic or gasification material 43b, being non-magnetic body and having corrosion resistance, to a coil body 43a, a constitution formed by tightly sealing the coil body into a coil case composed of a corrosion resistant material, and a constitution formed by winding a sheath wire comprising tightly covering a conductive wire with the sheath, or a corrosion resistant material) bearing the corrosion environment as it is, and the electromagnet is installed in the magnetic pole (stator magnetic pole 42) comprising a magnetic body.
