Radial sensors 24b, 24f detect displacement in the radial direction in the Xs axial direction separated by an angle α from radial electromagnets 24a, 24e to regulate displacement in the radial direction in the X axial direction. Additionally, radial sensors 24d, 24h detect displacement in the radial direction in the Ys axial direction separated by an angle β from radial electromagnets 24c, 24g to regulate displacement in the radial direction in the Y axial direction. Consequently, the detected displacement in the radial direction is converted to the X axial direction and the Y axial direction which are arranged directions of each of the radial electromagnets 24a, 24c, 24e, 24g, each of the radial electromagnets 24a, 24c, 24e, 24g is magnetized, and adjustment of the displacement in the radial direction is carried out.
