PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of transferring characteristics and the erroneous action of a magnetic valve by assembling the ion implantation pattern with the soft magnetic thin film pattern and forming the transferring path.

CONSTITUTION: Transferring patterns 12a and 12b are composed of an ion implanting pattern 11 formed by implanting the ion under the conditions different from other parts locally to the magnetic valve crystal and a soft magnetic pattern 12 in which the central part width formed on it is narrower than the pattern 11. Even when the transferring pattern is refined, the pattern 11 functions as the barrier in which the valve magnetic domain will not rotate on the same transferring pattern, it is prevented that the valve is elongated in the pattern and the erroneous action is executed, the patterns 12a and 12b are connected, the diamagnetic field is small, easily magnetized and the valve transferring characteristics is improved.
