PURPOSE: To reduce the average access time, by controlling the movement of magnetic bubble along the transfer path with the magnetic field in high frequency, through the changeover of generated frequency of rotating magnetic field, in the field access type magnetic bubble transfer unit.
CONSTITUTION: According to the application of clock pulse, the pulse train high in frequency is formed with the counter 1 and the decoder 2 and the pulse train in low frequency is formed with the counter 20 and the decoder 21. This pulse train of low frequency is not fed to the rotating magnetic field generating circuit 9 during the magnetic bubble moving period along the transfer path since the AND gates 25, 26 are inhibited with the control signal for the OR gate 29. Accordingly, with the rotating magnetic field in high frequency produced from the circuit 9, the time requiring to move the magnetic bubble along the transfer path needed for the longest time in the sequence can be reduced. Accordingly, the magnetic bubble unit of field access system reduced in the average access time can be obtained.
