Abstract:
To provide a magnetic ceramic exhibiting high effects in comparison with the conventional ceramic, by using nano-sized ruthenium or rhodium.SOLUTION: The magnetic ceramic is produced by adding water to the mixture of hydroxyapatite or fluoroapatite, calcium pyrophosphate, cristobalite, and alumina, then kneading the resulting mixture, adding orthophosphoric acid to the kneaded mixture, adding potassium chloride, Na-tetrasilicic mica, and L-ascorbic acid to the resulting mixture, kneading the resulting mixture, further, charging a magnetite as a magnetic material, manganese oxide, nano-sized ruthenium or rhodium, and sodium carbonate to the kneaded mixture, kneading the resulting mixture while the reaction heat caused by the addition of the orthophosphoric acid is generated, charging magnesium oxide to the kneaded mixture after completion of reaction foaming, kneading the resulting mixture, after the temperature of the kneaded mixture becomes ordinary temperature, pulverizing the solidified kneaded material, again adding water to the pulverized material and kneading, charging zinc oxide, metal titanium or titanium oxide and a cellulose as a binder to the kneaded mixture, kneading the resulting mixture to increase the viscosity, curing and forming the kneaded mixture, drying and firing the formed body, and finally subjecting the fired body to a magnetization treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
