To satisfy a request that a high-torque minute rotating electrical machine is required, as a drive source of a high-performance small-sided electric/electronic apparatus, a robot, or the like.
This magnetic circuit of the minute rotating electrical machine has a permanent magnet rotor, constituted by laminating a prescribed number of isotropic magnet films composed of soft-phase/hard-phase nanoscale multi-crystal aggregate structures, whose outside diameter is not larger than 2 mm and which is magnetized in two or more pole pairs, in the in-plane directions of the magnet films. The magnetic circuit of the minute rotating electrical machine is also constituted so that an average air-gap permeance coefficient Pg, between a rotor magnet and a stator core having an excitation winding which faces the rotor magnet, is set to be not smaller than 8.
