To provide a magnetic clutch, in which a laminating body is a constructive element, capable of reducing effectively a collision noise generating at the moment when an armature plate and a driving rotor are combined together and also capable of offering at a lower cost.
The armature plate 34 of the magnetic clutch is arranged with a laminating body formed by a plurality of a metal sheet plate 41. A plurality of a tongue piece 45 for calking are protrudently arranged from an internal diameter side of a friction plate 42 in a friction surface side of the armature plate. Another laminating metal sheet plate 41 is wrapped and calked by bending the tongue piece 45 for calking. Accordingly, the armature plate 34 formed by the laminating body is integrated.
