A drive section 9 pushes and inclines an inclined body 12 for first operation detection on a bottom section 10e of a first insertion section 10 at the time of a push operation in the arrow-head P direction of the operation section 2, the magnetic sensor 16 for first operation detection detects a consequent movement in the arrow-head A direction of a magnet 14 for first operation detection, and a relief section 11f avoids to incline an inclined body 13 for second operation detection at the time of first operation of a second insertion section 11 during detection of the magnetic sensor 16. The drive section 9 pushes and inclines the inclined body 13 for second operation detection on an internal face 11d or 11c of the second insertion section 11 at the time of a sliding operation in the arrow-head S1 or S2 direction of the operation section 2, a magnetic sensor 17 for second operation detection detects a consequent movement in the arrow-head B1 or B2 direction of a magnet 15 for second operation detection, and a relief section 10f or 10g avoids to incline the inclined body 12 for first operation detection at the time of second operation of the first insertion section 10 during detection of the magnetic sensor 17.
