Abstract:
To provide a magnetic detector in which a rotating speed detecting accuracy can be improved by detecting a fault of a pulser ring.
A magnetic detecting unit 2 of the magnetic detector has a binarized signal output unit 22 for outputting a binarized signal D for detecting a rotating speed in response to a magnetic flux density change generated by the pulser ring 3, and further an analog signal output unit 20 for outputting an analog signal A in response to the magnetic flux density change. The output of the analog signal A is compared with a predetermined threshold value, and the fault of the ring 3 can be thereby detected.
