Abstract:

To provide a magnetic device and a frequency analyzer of utilizing industrially a resonance phenomenon in the magnetization direction of a magnetoresistance effect element.

The magnetization direction F is vibrated affected by a level of an alternating current i and a frequency, since the polarity of the alternating current i is varied, along with the lapse of time. The vibration of the magnetization direction F is resonated, when a frequency fFof the magnetization direction F in a free layer 1AFof the magnetoresistance effect element 1A is consistent with a frequency f of the alternating current i flowing in the magnetoresistance effect element 1A, and a voltage V increases between output terminals OUTPUT1, OUTPUT2. A magnetic yoke 1B applies a magnetic field H onto the free layer 1AF, so as to generate the resonance. A current I output from a current control circuit 1D is brought into a direct current, and the direct current I is swept to detect the voltage V for each specified resonance frequency by a monitor circuit 2.
