Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to irradiate an ultraviolet ray to a base of adhesive and to adopt a magnetic head carriage adhesive which drying time is short, by providing a slanting part extending upward from a root of recessed part of head carriage arranging the magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 12 holding the magnetic head 11 and the slanting part 15 extending upward are formed at an edge part of the head carriage 10 of the magnetic head feeding mechanism. The magnetic head 11 is arranged, and the ultraviolet ray hardening type adhesive is applied an end face part 13 of the magnetic head 11 and the recessed part 12 and the slanting part 15 of the head carriage 10. The magnetic head 11 is fixed to irradiate the ultraviolet ray. The ultraviolet ray irradiation is possible to the base part of recessed part 12 due to the slanting part is of the head carriage 10, so that the adhesive is hardened perfectly in a short time.
