Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a magnetic disk sheet after adhesion and to reduce the deviation of a magnetic disk sheet by using a pressure sensing adhesives formed by reacting an acrylic group copolymer and an epoxy resin so as to bond the magnetic disk sheet and a center core. CONSTITUTION:A specific pressure sensing adhesives is applied with a desired thickness to a prescribed part of the center core 12 and/or the magnetic disk sheet 11. Then the coated face is dried to form an adhesive layer and the magnetic disk cartridge 10 is manufactured by having only to adhere the magnetic disk sheet 11 and the center core 12. The specific pressure sensing adhesives can be obtained by mixing the acrylic group copolymer and the epoxy resin as a curing agent in a desired volume ratio and applying polymerization reaction to them. Thus, even after the magnetic disk sheet and the center core are adhered, the dislocation of the sheet is less and the deformation of the magnetic disk sheet is prevented.
