Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a means which sets the timing of data request without data overrun in a magnetic disk controller making the data requesting timing variable.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic disk controller 12 which requests the data to be written in a magnetic disk device 13 to a master device 11 and writes the received data in the magnetic disk device 13 is provided with a data requesting time adjusting function 31 which records the time of issuing plural data requests and compares it with recording of overrun to set a proper data requesting time to a timer 20. Thus, the data request is issued before the timing of data overrun.
