Abstract:
PURPOSE:To generate different periodical clock signals by using one oscillator by providing a specific 1/3 frequency divider circuit for receiving a constant periodical input clock signal having an equal length of time in a high part and a low part of its logical level as an input signal. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the oscillator for generating and outputting the constant periodical input clock signal 31 having an equal length of time in the high part and the low part of the logical level. Then, the 1/3 frequency divider circuit is provided for the purpose of 1/3 frequency division of the input signal 31 by connecting logical circuits 23-25 having a function for fetching a 2nd input signal inside and storing it when the logical level of the 1st input signal 31 is changed, a function for making the inside storage to a prescribed logical level and a function for outputting the inside storage to the outside and a logical circuit 26 for deciding an output according to prescribed conditions of the 1st input signal 31 and the 2nd input signal. By this method, two different frequency clock signals are generated by one oscillator.
